World splitting
Imagine there are two points of view - one way to avoid conflict is to put both points of view into practice and try them both to see which is better.
World splitting is to try out every idea in parallel and see which one wins. Like a mutation that attempts to beat the other genes in an environment, we don't have to agree with the other side we just have to do things our way and let them do things their way.
Everybody would have an application on their phone where they could vote on matters. After a vote you would be told where to move locations to where the law is in effect.

I could designate myself a communist and then move to an area where other communists are.
We could agree to share our production as we own the means of production.
It doesn't require anybody coerce anybody else. Everybody self designates. Everybody gets what they want.
